  • The compensation elastic seal consists of stainless steel slide plates, stainless steel high elastic plates, stainless steel membrane-supported elastic pieces, and corrosion-resistant, antistatic PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) emulsion glass fiber membranes. Its compensation range is -100mm to +350mm.

  • When the tank undergoes severe elliptical deformation or external forces that cause the floating deck to move, the gap increases, and the elastic metal plate moves with the floating deck, causing the elastic metal plate to move upward. The length of the elastic metal plate in the liquid phase becomes shorter but always remains no less than 100mm. The elastic plate always maintains contact with the tank wall without separation.

  • This sealing technology can be customized according to the deformation of each oil tank, ensuring that the sealing device of the IFR remains in full contact with the inner wall of the storage tank during its movement, thus achieving a good sealing effect.
