BeiDou QiMing (Beijing) Energy Saving Service Co., Ltd (BDES) is a high-tech company founded in 2011, committed to providing SAFE, ENERGY-CONSERVING, and ECO-FRIENDLY storage tank technology. It is currently China’s most prominent professional provider of comprehensive solutions for VOCs emission control in the petrochemical industry.

We run an impressive 60,000 m2 factory in Jiangsu, China. This facility speaks volumes about our commitment to delivering exceptional products and meeting the growing demands of our customers.

Our total sales have reached an impressive 2.8 billion dollars, placing us at the forefront of the industry and approximately 85% of the market share in China.

To date, BeiDou QiMing has sold over 4,000 sets of our IFR. We have successfully completed over 500 projects and more to come.

Development History

2020

Established a manufacturing base in Peixian County, Jiangsu Province, with an annual output of up to 600,000 square meters.

This base is now the world's largest production facility for internal floating roofs.

2019

China Petroleum and Natural Gas Group Co., Ltd. issued Document No. 2019 {32}, titled "Notice on Carrying Out Investigation and Risk Treatment of Combustible Gas Leakage in External Floating Roof Tanks," where the BDES Large Floating Roof Tank Active Safety Protection was widely adopted.

2018

Signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sinopec Safety Engineering Research Institute.

2017

Successfully developed the Large Floating Roof Tank Active Safety Protection System.

Signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Petroleum East China Design Institute.

2016

Earned the title of a Chinese high-tech enterprise.

2015

The widespread adoption of BDES IFRs was in response to China's issuing national standards, GB 31570-2015 and GB 31571-2015, for pollution emissions in the petroleum refining industry.

2014

Successfully put into operation the first set of BDES IFR in the tank farm.

2013

Successfully accomplished R&D patents in High-Temperature Nano Radiation/Blackbody Coatings and VOCs Emission Control technology.

2012

Obtained registrations from the China Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance Energy Conservation Service Company.

2011

Established our company.
